In our shop, you'll find the tea blend Engelberger Kuss, perfect for your sparkling summer iced tea. And if you're planning a spontaneous party, no problem - just add your favourite Prosecco.

Ingredients:
- 6 to 7 tsp Engelberger Kuss tea blend
- 2 passion fruits
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Cardamom powder
- Fresh mint
- 200 ml passion fruit nectar
- Crushed ice or ice cubes
Preparation:
Pour 1 litre of 75-80°C hot water over the Engelberger Kuss green-white tea blend in a pot and let it steep for approx. 3 minutes. Fill a large jug with ice and pour the tea over it. Let it cool until the tea is completely cold. Scrape out the pulp and seeds from the passion fruits and add them to the tea. Add the cinnamon sticks and cardamom powder and stir. Top up the tea with passion fruit nectar and mineral water and garnish with fresh mint. Absolutely delicious!
Cocktail Tip:
FOR A SPARKLING TOUCH Prepare the iced tea as described above and top it up with your favourite Prosecco or sparkling wine, according to taste.
