Shipping by Post
Orders with a total value of CHF 80.– or more are shipped free of charge (B-Post). Orders with a total value under CHF 80.– are shipped with Swiss Post (B-Post) for a flat fee of (CHF 8.50). Delivery is possible to all addresses in Switzerland.
Return of Food Items
Returns and exchanges are not possible, except for defective goods or incorrect deliveries caused by MyTeaShop.
Our deliveries consist of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection, cannot be returned.
