Your order will be delivered quickly and securely to you or to an address of your choice (optionally as a gift). The following shipping methods are available:

Shipping by Post
Orders exceeding a total of CHF 80.– are shipped free of charge (B-Post). Orders under a total of CHF 80.– are shipped with Swiss Post (B-Post) for a flat fee of (CHF 8.50). Delivery is possible to all addresses in Switzerland.

Return of Food Items
Returns and exchanges are not possible, except in cases of defective goods or incorrect deliveries caused by MyTeaShop.

Our deliveries consist of sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection.
