Your order will be delivered quickly and securely to you or to an address of your choice (optionally also as a gift). The following shipping methods are available:

Shipping by Post
Orders over a total of CHF 80.– are shipped free of charge (B-Post). Orders under a total of CHF 80.– are shipped with Swiss Post (B-Post) for a flat fee of (CHF 8.50). Delivery is possible to all addresses in Switzerland.

Return of Food Products
Returns and exchanges are not possible except for defective goods or incorrect deliveries caused by MyTeaShop.

Our deliveries consist of sealed goods which, for health protection reasons, cannot be returned.
