Orders over a total of CHF 80.00 are shipped free of charge (B-Post). Orders under a total of CHF 80.00 are shipped via Swiss Post (B-Post) with a contribution towards expenses of CHF 8.50. Delivery is possible to all addresses in Switzerland.

Returns of food products
Returns and exchanges are not possible unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered due to MyTeaShop.
