Shipping by Post Orders over a total of CHF 80.– are shipped free of charge (B-Post). Orders under a total of CHF 80.– are shipped with Swiss Post (B-Post) for a flat fee of CHF 8.50. Delivery is possible to all addresses in Switzerland.
Food Returns Returns and exchanges are not possible unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered due to MyTeaShop's fault.
Our deliveries consist of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection reasons.
