Shipping by Post
Orders over a total amount of CHF 80.00 are shipped free of charge (B-Post). Orders under a total amount of CHF 80.00 are shipped via Swiss Post (B-Post) with a contribution towards expenses of CHF 8.50. Delivery is possible to all addresses in Switzerland.

Returns of Food Products
Returns and exchanges are not possible, except for defective goods or incorrect deliveries caused by MyTeaShop.
