Shipping by Post
Orders with a total value over CHF 80.– are shipped free of charge (B-Post). Orders with a total value under CHF 80.– are shipped with Swiss Post (B-Post) for a flat fee of (CHF 8.50). Delivery is possible to all addresses in Switzerland.

Returns of Food Items
Returns and exchanges are not possible, except in cases of defective goods or incorrect delivery caused by MyTeaShop.

Our deliveries consist of sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection.
