In the Fujian province, one of the most unusual specialties of our tea world is still largely made by hand. The basis of this rarity is a high-quality Ti Kuan Yin Oolong, which is only lightly oxidized. The subsequent production steps must be carried out very carefully to achieve the desired creamy, milky taste. The result of this diligence is impressive - an extremely lovely tea that is sure to win over many new lovers.
