The production of Matcha powder of the highest ceremonial quality is very complicated and time-consuming. Matcha powder also has 10 times the amount of antioxidants compared to a normal cup of green tea.

Can I drink Matcha during pregnancy?
One cup of Matcha contains less than 50 mg of caffeine. Therefore, it should be perfectly fine to drink one cup per day. If you are unsure, we always advise you to discuss this with a medical professional.
